Meet & Greet Services are booked in advance prefer not later than 48 hours before departure or arrival of the flight.
Arrival service description
Passenger is met from the aircraft/gate/top of jet bridge with meet signage.
Escorted through immigration & customs as quickly & smoothly as possible (where available, taken through priority lanes).
If baggage porters are available & requested, they will be there to assist with any luggage.
Airport greeter will coordinate with onward driver in advance to ensure that they are waiting as greeter and passengers depart the terminal, then handover to driver.
Departure service description
The airport greeter & passenger’s driver liaise 3hrs before STD. greeter contacts the driver to coordinate the most convenient drop-off time & place.
Passenger is met kerbside by greeter & baggage porters, if pre-requested & available.
Escorted through all check-in & security processes as quickly and efficiently as possible (where available, taken through priority lanes).
Escorted to the airline or pre-booked departure lounge, if applicable.
Collected from the lounge at the agreed time, if applicable. Escorted directly to the departure gate.
Transit service description
Greeted at the arrival gate/jet-bridge with meet signage.
Escorted to the correct transit hall/terminal for departing flight & assisted with any immigration/security requirements, if applicable (where available, taken through priority lanes).
Assisted with re-check in, if applicable.
Escorted to airline/pre-paid lounge, if applicable.
Collected from lounge.
Escorted to departure flight gate.
Terms of service
Service prefer to book 48 hours before departure or arrival flight time.
Cancellation and refund policy: In case of cancellation 48 hours or less than arrival or departure of the flight time 50% of total price will be refunded.
In case In case of cancellation 24 hours or less than arrival or departure of the flight time 100% of total price will not be refunded .
In case no-show 100% of total price will not be refunded .
