We’ll meet you at the aircraft, Air Bridge, or the terminal’s entrance. Our representative will be holding your Name Plate for easy recognition.
We would escort you to the Passport Control, bypassing long queues. The transfers would be carried out through a private vehicle, wherever applicable. Our representatives stay with you throughout the immigration process and assist you in any way required.
Once the immigration process is done, our representative will escort you to the arrival belt, collect your luggage and escort you to the onward vehicle. The luggage would be boarded in the onward vehicle on your behalf.
As per the airport regulations, customs and passport control processes must be carried out in the passenger’s presence.

Departure Services

Similar to our arrival meet and greet services, our departure services are custom-tailored to ensure a comfortable and luxurious experience for our valuable clients. Our departure services include:

Our staff members would meet you at the terminal or the curbside and escort you to the check-in counter.
Our representatives would collect your luggage on a baggage trolley and take care of it on your behalf, keeping your hands free throughout the process.
As we arrive at the check-in counter, we collect the pre-printed boarding cards, bypassing the long queues. Our VIP meet and assist services are designed for ease and convenience, saving you time.
The check-in luggage is handed over to the departure gate in the passenger’s presence.
Once the check-in is complete, our staff members will escort you through the security checkpoint and then to departure gate or pre-booked departure lounge, if applicable.
The Passport Control processes are completed before entering the lounge.
Collected from lounge at agreed time, if applicable.
Escorted directly to departure gate.

Transit Services

Greeted at the arrival gate/jet-bridge with meet signage.
Escorted to the correct transit hall/terminal for departing flight & assisted with any immigration/security requirements, if applicable (where available, taken through priority lanes).
Assisted with re-check in, if applicable.
Escorted to airline/pre-paid lounge, if applicable.
Collected from lounge.
Escorted to departure flight gate.
